"I started composing "Dia Bom" during this pandemic moment. I was talking to my friend and music producer Theo Zagrae, and during a relaxed chat, he sent me a track he was producing, more like a study. And I freaked out! I listened and liked it a lot. It was already vibe I wanted to use in the future. And I said: 'I think the future has arrived! I'm going to do this song!'
I wrote the song talking about resting in a light way. I wanted to do this because I understood during the pandemic that anyone who knows me knows that I am a workaholic. But resting is as important as working. And then I understood the importance of it and I made it a nice thing, and I ended up working, talking about resting, right? Because one of my job is also composition. So I ended up working to do this. But thinking that resting is also good, it's also nice and is part of the creative process. Thinking about everyday life, sometimes we get so caught up with something and trying to solve it now, you know? And sometimes we can't, we don't have the answer.
It's also about trying to postpone until tomorrow, to settle with a cooler head, not so hot, and get better results. And rest is good, right? I think we as Brazilians know very well how to do this. How and where, right? And how to do it in a delicious way, regardless of whether it's in your backyard or on a beach,” explains Tássia Reis.
