Lampeja Música
Lampeja emerged in 2018 as an innovative music and knowledge platform, designed to connect artists with students from Porto Alegre’s creative industry.
That same year, Lampeja expanded into a radio show, featuring a carefully curated selection that blends colors, genres, and rhythms of contemporary Brazilian artists. The show currently airs every Wednesday at 9 PM on Porto Alegre’s FM Cultura (107.7), and every Thursday on Rádio MEC, a national broadcast station.
Beyond radio, Lampeja brings creative ideas and content solutions to life across multiple platforms and formats, always embracing innovation and artistic diversity.
Marília Feix
A storyteller of sounds, scenes, and cultures, she has spent the last 19 years weaving her way through the worlds of music journalism, curatorship, and radio. In February 2018, she brought Lampeja Música to life — a platform born from her desire to spark connections between music, knowledge, and creative communities.
With a Music Business specialization from Point Blank Music School in London, she studied and lived the industry itself. She was also a resident DJ in two London nightclubs, spinning tropical grooves deep into the night. Feix also created and hosted Tropicália, a show on Bang Radio 103.6 (now The Beat London), celebrating the richness of Brazilian music for UK audiences.
In Brazil she was a Programming Coordinator and presenter at Ipanema FM, later lending her voice to 102.3 FM, part of the RBS Group. As Editor-in-Chief of Noize Magazine, she helped shape not only the stories in its pages but also the pioneering spirit of the Noize Record Club, Brazil’s first vinyl subscription service in Latin America.
Today, her passion for storytelling continues at Bridgehead Media, a US-based company, where she interviews Brazilian artists, giving voice to their stories for a major music streaming platform.
